Toni Barone has lived and worked in the south Florida community her entire life, growing up in Miami/Dade county and moving north to Broward during her college years. Her extensive knowledge of the greater Fort Lauderdale area's real estate market is unparalleled, having been involved in both residential and commercial endeavors for over thirty years.

Starting at an early age in the retail industry, Toni climbed the corporate ladder, then struck out on her own, creating a lengthy string of successful retail, bar/restaurant and nightclub ventures. Always giving back is an integral part of her philosophy and she continues to be active in numerous charitable and fund raising causes; chairing, hosting, and often emceeing events such as Hurricane Katrina relief, Tuesday's Angels, Poverello events, and other local non-profit organizations. Toni specializes in applying her integrity, expertise and vast market knowledge to assist others with every facet of one’s investment purchase.

Steve Corbett is a third-generation Floridian with extensive ties to both the Miami and Central Florida business communities. An established realtor and entrepreneur, Steve has initiated, brokered and managed a portfolio of businesses including, The Corbett Agency Insurance, Huge Productions, Dok-Hi Storage Center and Corbett’s Sports Bar & Grill.

In addition to commercial real estate and business management, Steve is an avid collector, restorer and international broker of high-end cars and boats.

The current portfolio of business under Mr. Corbett’s ownership and management include several commercial properties in Central Florida, Huge Productions, Inc., a business consulting and events company. and the Winston Yacht Club Marina in Sunny Isles Beach, FL.
